Use of Information
When you use the Site, we automatically track certain information about you your activities on our Site. We use this information to target marketing offers to you, for demographic research, to monitor Site performance, utilization of features and services and traffic trends and to better understand and serve our users. We may also share some of the information about you in the aggregate with certain TCF partners. Although we require that our partners comply with this Privacy Policy, we have no control over their actual privacy practices. Also, we use web browser "cookies" on a limited basis. However, we do not store passwords in a cookie file. We do not sell, exchange, or release any personally identifiable information to a third party except as required to conduct transactions through the Site. From time to time we may introduce new products and services to our customers. To the extent these new products and services affect this policy, this policy will be modified or updated. This policy may also be modified from time to time to reflect legal or other requirements.

Information Disclosure
We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. We may be required to disclose information to the government or pursuant to a valid legal process such as, a subpoena or court order or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications will remain private.

Promotional Activities/Surveys
TCF may sponsor promotional events, programs or other similar activities which require the collection, processing and storing of individual contact and demographics information to be used for the event. TCF may also co-sponsor these activities with other companies or business partners in which case individual contact and demographic information is likely to be shared with the other participating sponsors. Personal contact information will not be released to third parties or non-participating organizations without consent and TCF will request that co-sponsors of such event uphold the privacy of your information. We may conduct surveys in connection with the Site or TCF services. As part of that process, we may ask you to provide personal information, e.g., e-mail address, and demographic information, e.g., zip code. We will use the information collected from the surveys to improve the features and content of the Site. You are not required to participate in any surveys and may "opt out" of receiving requests to participate in surveys. When appropriate, an option will be made available for users, during the event registration process, to choose to receive information from third-party organizations.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information
Where your personally identifiable information changes, we provide the ability to update or correct your information. This can usually be done by using the "Contact Us" link in the navigation bar.

Opt Out
Our users of the Site are given the opportunity to "opt-out" of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our Site. You may choose at any time to remove all contact and other information stored by TCF by contacting us using the "Contact Us" link. In the event you request removal of information while a transaction is being processed, you understand that removal of information may impede the processing of the transaction. TCF shall not be liable for problems arising from the removal of such information. If you are in the European Union or other regions outside the United States, you fully understand and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information in the United States. You should be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personal information in discussion areas that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties.

Security
TCF uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, such as firewalls. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.

Access to Children
